  I ordered 6 cups and the 4 that made it in tact are beautiful and just as described. It's a shame that they weren't packaged better so that the other two had not shattered. While I am disappointed, the seller described the items correctly and shipped them quickly. When I reached out about the broken cups, they responded and quickly refunded the cost of those items. I find this to be a trustworthy seller with good products and just hope they will take more care in shipping.

  Glasses were exactly as described and in perfect, perhaps never-used condition. One has a slightly smaller/tippy base, but that is not due to anything from the seller and not a show-stopper. Communication was solid and they got here quickly. Packing was outstanding--no way these were getting broken! All-in-all, a great transaction with zero issues.

  Items were as described and beautifully packaged to protect fragility - this seller could give lessons on how to pack glassware! Price couldn't be beat and shipping was reasonable, especially considering how much work went into the packaging. Will definitely buy from again if they carry this pattern again!

  My glass was shipped quickly and was very well-packaged to prevent breakage. It is even better than described. I've purchased several Hebron glass pieces, and this one is the most detailed in terms of pattern and colors. I got it at a good price, which makes me even happier!   Very easy transaction, glasses were as described and pictured. USPS broke one of the glasses in transit, even with superior packing. Seller was prompt and gracious with a refund. Highly recommended.
