  Great communication between seller and buyer even reached out before shipping the hat to me explaining that it included lettering on the back which was what I wanted and they even explained that it came with lettering on the front as well if I wished to have so as well being clear about what they offered that was great and nice to have such good customer service for once and the quality of the stitched lettering added to the hat is great quality highly recommend this seller and their services

  After placing the special embroidery (RIP Charlie) instructions in the Note Section as the ad describes I received the hat without it. Seller hasn’t responded to numerous messages.
