    Extremely fast shipping. The tong sets arrived well before I had expected! The items are heavy, so there was a little wear and tear on the package during shipping, but all items arrived in great condition. Tongs are well-built and of good quality and should last forever. I will be using them in my hobby, so use will be intermittent. Communication with Fiona was great as questions were answered timely and resulted in an effective result! I would consider buying from this seller again.

    The item arrived timely. I had to do a little modification due to the molding. It was nothing too difficult. I reached out to the seller and explain the situation. They were very responsive and offered an amicable solution. I would definitely purchase from them again.

    My item arrived 2 days before promised! The seller was very proactive in using the Ebay item tracking system, so I always knew the status of my order. The seller also reached out personally to see if I liked my item, and offered to directly handle any after-sale issues. I received exactly what I ordered, and its was in excellent condition.. I would definitely order from this seller again
