  Items arrived late from China and not as described, with boxes sadly crushed after being shipped just in plastic bags. No prepaid return label was offered, I asked them to buy Royal Mail postage via PayPal, but this was declined. Instead the seller asked for my email to refund postage via PayPal, but never mentioned reimbursement before I sent the items back. It was only after I shared my email address that I unexpectedly received a full refund and was left to handle the items on my own.

  I ordered a cap. It was shipped in a small plastic bag, without any kind of protection. They didn't even bother putting it in a box. The hat was squashed and so misshapen that it was unwearable. I tried to return but was provided an address that couldn't be found online. Also they said they would pay for the return, but they didn't do that either. If you like a baseball cap that looks like it's been run over by a truck, this is the seller to go to. Otherwise look elsewhere.
