  Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I asked to return the item just days after purchasing, explaining I was in a serious car accident and no longer needed it. I even provided photos of my totaled car. The seller showed zero empathy and refused to cancel the shipment or accept the return. Completely heartless and unprofessional.
