  The fans are new in original packaging. Shipping was very fast. Problem on USPS's end made it seem like my package would not be delivered, but seller updated me on the situation before I even knew about it and offered to make it right, even though it wasn't his fault. The fans look sturdy and I like the look on black builds, since the RGB strip does not stand out while they are off. Although they are pricy at retail, I got a really good price from Depxtech. His customer service is awesome.

  Bought two, they arrived quickly, both had their original packaging, and the additional packaging wasn't intrusive, and was easy to open − Didn't have to deal with a bunch of packing tape or anything. Also was a very fair price.

  Originally sent wrong item, took about a week to recieve the correct item. But seller was cooperative in rectifying the issue as soon as they could. Final item recieved was packaged with care. Good price for a nicer cooler.
