  The statue has arrived, utterly stunning and beyond belief ,the pictures did it no service ,the packaging was great and totally protected what I ordered from Dept.Japon.Iwas kept informed every step of the way during its arrival here and it arrived on time with out any delays.This will now have pride of place on my alter and I am so so happy words fail me.This seller went up and beyond what you would normally expect...10 out of 10...wonderful service..thank you so very much for this.

  Words are not enough to describe my happiness! The box is beyond perfection and everything from delivery and packaging to communication has been top-notch. The seller was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions pertaining to the item, which was just as described/pictured. The item arrived on time and was securely packaged. Overall this has been one of my best ebay experiences and I will hopefully be returning in the near future.

  This seller went way and beyond anything I could have imagined and I now see them as friends. They found exactly what I was looking for and kept me informed every step of the way. The parcel was packaged and wrapped better than any parcel I have ever received , the internal protective wrapping and the exterior of the box was done to a highly professional standard and labelled telling the courier that it contained a fragile item. I highly recommend this company, first class start to finish

  Die alte japanische Laterne war exzellent verpackt und die Kommunikation mit Dept.Japon über Ebay war bestens. Ich war immer auf dem Laufenden, was Stand der Versendung war. Dept.Japon ist höchst empfehlenswert.
