  Received the drone quickly. The hand controller didn't work but my phone app worked fine. I dealt with customer service for a week. They were great and offered many solutions. I finally settled on a 50% refund and received it a day later. This happens with electronics and they did everything possible to make it right. Definitely recommend this seller.
