  I've used Flood stain (USA only product) since 2013 due to value & durability. The item arrived damaged. I emailed the seller with photos and I contacted eBay customer support. eBay refunded my purchase so their guarantee works. I'm not happy that the stain I needed arrived damaged but I'm still giving 5 stars because Flood stain is an awesome product, the seller was responsive & helpful, and eBay support was excellent. Want to re-order but afraid the same thing will happen.

  Quick and prompt shipping response time! There was a bit of confusion with FedEx regarding deliveries, yet it worked out in the end. The first delivery received was 10 out of 15 without clarification from FedEx. The last 5 out of 15 arrived today. I would purchase from DelzoShop again, A+.
