  When the item was ordered and paid for, it was in stock and I was given a vague 4 day delivery window, after waiting in for 3 days I was contacted and told they were cancelling the order and refunded the money, an absolutely collosal waste of my time, there's no excuse for this in this day and age, awful experience, no stars.

  Don’t assume the buyer is using a land line linked to the address. Ask the customer for a contact number so the delivery can be arranged with the courier then the item wouldn’t be a week late because the landline phone is blocked to unknown callers. Very few people use the land line phones these days because of the relentless bogus calls. Apart from this hiccup the bed is very good quality and wrapped very well to reduce damage.

  Fast delivery. Kept in contact with me whilst waiting on delivery. Love the bed absolutely beautiful . Just what I was looking for . Good price , it says what it is .
