  Received a none working item due to a dead battery from sitting and not being used for a long time . but the seller handled and resolved it professionally. As fraustrated as i was , he took care of me . Communication was excellent and sent me a replacement. I would definitely buy from him again.

  Package was nicely delivered and sooner than expected. However I received a white microphone piece rather than the black one I ordered, which sucks since the white one was listed at a cheaper price than what I paid for with the black microphone. It’s still works perfectly though, just doesn’t match my headset.
