  The sandals were as described, however, the packaging was a bit damaged and the sandals were only wrapped in plastic without any additional cushioning. The seller replied to my message very quickly.

  The signed photo was bent in several places as the USPS envelope was pretty beat up when it arrived and there was nothing rigid placed in the envelope for protection. Spending $175.00 on this and not placing anything rigid in the envelope to prevent damage was disappointing.

  The experience was great. The product was exactly what was described. It arrived in an okay time frame - USPS fault not the seller. The package arrived clean and undamaged, the products themselves were clean as well. Everything works like I expected - the seller even included the owners manual, which I greatly appreciate. I would definitely purchase from this seller again.
