    Very happy with the item and was as the item described. Amazing value and postage too and secured perfectly so no damage at all. Super fast delivery and response time in letting me know when the parcel was sent. Accurate delivery time frame and fantastic eBay seller will definitely use again 🙂

    Ordered a driver side car seat which arrived broken, soaked through and covered in mould. They offered a full refund if I sent it back. I explained this wasn’t an option as the seat was needed for an MOT (car had already been off the road a week or more) and would have been very costly to post. I politely asked for a small partial refund and was refused. I now have a broken seat in my car. It was over £100 +postage and all the damage was caused due to their poor packaging of the seat.

    item was dispatched promptly and arrived before weekend when expected Monday, but arrived damaged communication with vendor good and issues resolved quickly and refunded, recommend seller as effiecent and clear communicator

    Ordered above part and it came cracked and with no holes to fit on car. I contacted them and no answer, and then was told they would check to see if it was right part. Then I received a call to say they are sending the right one and up to this day, I have not received it. I received the call over 2 weeks ago. When I messaged again on 9/2/25 to tell them I still have not received, I had a message back to say, “it was sent mate” mate???? Don’t do Buisness with this company!!
