    Goods as described, well packed, fast delivery Please note: I put a poor review on for this company a week or so ago as the item hadn't turned up and the replies were such I felt I was being scammed. This wasn't the case as no sooner had I put the review on the item arrived and it was what I expected, good quality. Unfortunately I have been unable to get on to my feed back and alter my remarks. Please don't be put off from buying from this seller

    Item was exactly the same as described and I adjusted it to my front door straight away. Seller informed, when the item was delivered and provided tracking code and all in all everything went fluently. I recommend this item and this seller.

    I almost cancelled this order several times. Each time the seller took my concerns seriously and answered promptly. The shipping time was very, very long. It took over a month to get to me. It took the seller over ten days to ship it. But the doll was worth the wait. It is definitely the best looking doll in my collection. His body is well made with quality material. It looks exactly like the picture.

    I did not like the doll. It was not like the photo. It looked like a cheap copy. In fairness I like perfection. Did not have the same colour eyes or the bushy black eyebrows. Communication was brilliant. I was asked what clothes I prefer with the doll. They were happy to give me my refund back in full and straight away. Their email response’s were so quick too. I would do business with them again in the future.
