  The brass brackets shipped in a timely manner, were packaged to ensure the brackets arrived undamaged and the quality of the brackets is great. They look great on my home bar and really complete the look. The only issue was I had two screws break while installing. Other than that, I will gladly give Decorative Brass Products my business again.

  Thats because there were multiple boxes. You ordered (3) kits . All shipped the same day. Cannot be responsible for the carrier. We don't hand deliver the items ourselves.
