    Good service: item as described and securely packaged. Had no post for several days, and this packed arrived a day or so after the end of the delivery period, - but, most likely due to Royal Mail not delivering it on time. Some of this vermiculite has been put into use to replaced lost / damaged coal-base, but I still have some to spare for future use. It works well.

    I ordered this item and it was delivered quickly, unfortunately the item arrived damaged and I received a call straight after I opened a return case and they sent me a new one, next day delivery ! Really pleased with the item and the customer service. Thank you !
