  Very good quality ribbon. Very pretty red color - it will help make a nice bow for July 4. Item was wrapped very well so it would not get wet and arrived quickly.   Sent wrong item. Then pulled the listing for the jacket that I had purchased. Saying the zipper was broken. I wrote back that I wanted it anyway. She did not reply.

  I shipped the wrong jacket by mistake. Had all intentions to ship correct jacket to her. Then noticed the jacket she purchased was damaged and I contacted her lettering her know that it was damaged and would not sell a damaged item. I gave her a FULL REFUND and told her she could keep the incorrect jacket. But yet this was not good enough for her for me trying to fix the mistake still felt the need to leave a negative feedback. Just can't please people and sometimes mistakes happen.
