  Another perfect transaction: book in excellent as-described condition; superbly/protectively packaged (each book in a plastic sleeve, nestled between cardboard and packing peanuts within a stiff well-taped box; shipped @ super speed.   Book was shipped insanely fast like Amazon! It was packaged very nicely, bubble wrapped twice, and even wrapped in a plastic sleeve! I appreciate the extra care the seller showed here, and it means a lot since there is a lot of dings when it comes to shipping packages and stuff. It also came exactly as it was shown in the pictures. As a sucker for Greco-Roman history, this was a great find for a great price! Awesome seller, hands down!

The Items were just as described and in very good condition despite their relative age. An incredible value to anyone who seeks specific information about ships of the line, from the earliest of times up till the present day, while giving brief historical accounts of significant vessels used.   "Dearly Departed Books" is DEFINITELY going on my list of FAVORITE sellers! The book I bought from them came exactly as described; it was packaged meticulously, wrapped in both plastic AND in cardboard to protect the item — which it did, by the way. It was shipped promptly, and arrived right on time. And although it was slightly more expensive than some of the others on offer at the time — it was worth it!!! It's perfect. Value still means something, at least to me. Thank you! 🌹

  Excellent experience with this seller! Item as described and packaged very securely--it was a book and was placed between two pieces of cardboard inside a padded envelope--so care and attention were given to being sure the item wasn't damaged while shipping. Would purchase from this seller again.
