  Took a little while to obtain a fully working lamp, but the communication is second to none and a genuine desire to help and provide a good service is exemplary. Not everything goes right all the time but this seller goes over and above to resolve any issues. I now have a lamp to match with the one I already have. Good price as well. Thank you very much for all your help. Chuffed to bits.

  Item arrived 5 days late, poorly packaged, with bent metal bars that don’t connect properly. I contacted the seller, who replied, “Bent metal doesn’t mean it’s broken,” admitting the damage but denying responsibility. (Check images)Based on their reviews, I expected better, but this was a very disappointing experience. Item was definitely not as described. I would strongly advise others to avoid this seller.

  dear customer we are happy to refund you your money if you are not happy with the item please send the item back to us so we could process your refund. i have checked the item and its the shape of the legs of the lamp hence these looks curved this is not a defect on the item it is just as the item comes when you fit it in shape these metal strips will get the angle required.
