  Fast and safe delivery. Amazon package. One battery bad. Seller offered refund if I returned it to Amazon. Amazon is warehouse. They don't want it back. We have a place in Fort Wayne that sells Amazon returns. Guess I will take the loss and order from someone else.

  Thanks for a prompt and helpful shipping experience, I received my guitar neck rest today and it is exactly what I needed and as described in the post and pictures. The cork is a lot softer than using plastic and even better than some rubberized cradles! Seller was very communicative, 5 star work!
