  I purchased a platter on May 2nd, and never received it. In spite of several messages from me, the seller would not give a refund. The seller just kept telling me it was on the way, or ignored my message and didn't answer at all. Finally, on June 5th, after more than a month of waiting, Ebay issued a refund, because the buyer could not provide a proof of delivery. Poor communication, and a lack of customer service made this a disappointing experience.

We responded to your messages with updates and regret that the item never arrived.   This was just as described. Packaging was fantastic nothing broke and was cares for. Shipping is was fast. Defiantly a great value. I would recommend this seller.
