    Horrible Service!! Seller sent the wrong item to me ( a postcard instead of a signed lithograph I purchased! ) Called the day I received it; and the employee more or less blew me off - busy with an autograph signing at the store; said they'd call back the next morning ( never did! ) and now have to wait for a refund on an order that was their mistake!! Will never buy from this seller again!!

    We did send a Giacomin Legends card instead of the lithograph by mistake. We were busy with an in store signing (several hundred people in our store at the time) when they called and hadn't gotten back to them yet (the next morning). We messaged letting them know we would send the correct litho with a return label for the incorrect card. After they refused this offer, we let them know we would send a return label for the card and give a full refund. Sorry for such horrible service?
