  Recibí el paquete muy dañado y me enfadé tanto que ni siquiera me puse en contacto con el vendedor. El se puso en contacto conmigo y, al margen de sus disculpas (aunque el problema no es el vendedor sino el transportista) me ofreció una solución satisfactoria. Vendedor comunicativo y entendió perfectamente mi malestar. Recomendable

  Hi thorete16, I noticed you left a negative review for the item Batman Red Death Pop Vinyl. I'm failing to understand what happened. The item was listed as having box damage. This is also shown in the photos and condition is listed as "Some box damage". Were you expecting the box in perfect condition? Can you send photos? Perhaps I can offer you some compensation if it got damaged in transit but it would have been nice if you contacted me before leaving a negative review.

  Shipped decently fast for Tasmania. Modems arrived bubble wrapped up and both fully functioning. One modem had 14.x firmware and the other had 17.x (both could be flashed!) The "s3nd" logistics company used was a bit off since they sent the wrong tracking number (some internal ID?) and you couldn't track with it even on the day it was arriving. I've seen online reports of others noticing this too so it wasn't a one-off, someone really doesn't know what's going on at that company.
