    One of the 2 Laptops was in great condition, well packaged, great price and was delivered quickly. One was not as described but the seller was quick to apologise for the error and offered to replace the laptop at a discounted price. I'd have no hesitation buying from this seller again. Thanks.

    laptop quickly sent & received fine via Argos. laptop was as described for a good price. I did have an issue: next day, the Dell Support flagged up that the HD was failing. The seller & i quickly agreed that he would send me a new SSD for me to clone, but after many attempts, i cdn't get the new disk to boot. I realised he had sent me a SATA disk but it must be a NVME. i bought a new disk and he refunded the cost immediately. All works well now.

    Arrived as promised. Very well packed and as described. For all practical purposes the condition was as new. It came with genuine tom tom bits and included a carry/ storage case. It worked out of the box just needing charging and updating which it happily did itself over Wi-Fi.

    This seller saved me from two particular used IT sellers on ebay who made my life hell and could not deliver a decent service, they were jj******ltd and New**************4u. But this seller gave exactly what was described and agreed to personally test the Pen stylus future to make sure it would work, and it did . Just want to say a huge THANK YOU for getting me back to self employed work. I can confidently say that you can trust this seller and are more likely to be happier using this service.
