    My purchase was packed and shipped out quickly. When it arrived, it was packed very well and showed up in great condition. Purchase price was very well balanced given the shipping cost of this item. There was a minor issue and the seller was quick to correct it. A+ experience, hope to shop with this store again.

    I give them a 5 star review the shipping was pretty quick for the distance it was , it was packaged very well bubble wrapped and boxed , it was just as described didn’t have surprises when it arrived, they kept the shipping cost down, and the priced at a great value and yes I would recommend them to family and friends

    Vacuum arrived quickly (faster than Amazon and Sam's Club purchases made the same day) and exactly as pictured/described. It was well packaged without excess material, and represents a fair value for the price. I'd be happy to buy from DBJ Pre-Owned again.

    The listing was detailed, but it was not packaged very well. It was wrapped in bubble wrap, but the box it was in was way too big. Decent price, fair shipping cost, and good shipping time.
