    Excellent value,received cycle a week after placing order which was within the described delivery timeframe. Received communication before dispatching to ensure delivery date was suitable for customer. Item arrived on time and well packaged. Allow 30 minutes to an hour to assemble bike which is fairly straightforward. Recommended A+++

    Recently i order ebike from diff.company but turns out there is a problem with rare tyre and customer service is aweful no communicationat at all,i also shoulder 100£ to return the unit and upon browsing this cought my attention for this ebike. The customer service here is outstanding, reply Immediately and sort the problem quickly. I highly recommend this ebike comfortable and good quality, and fast delivery just took 3days for me and easy to set up. Very satisfied thank you

    100prozentige Kaufempfehlung!!!!!Super Verkäufer ..... superschnelle Lieferung (3 Tage!!!!) .....super verpackt .....Montage total easy ....nur noch Lenker rein, Sattel drauf, Pedale und Fussstützen anschrauben, vorderer Gepäckkorb drauf und schon kann's eigentlich losgehen .....für heute reicht's erstmal ....das kommt dann morgen 😉👌🏻👌🏻🍀🍀🥳🥳🥳!!!!

    Super Service!. Versand schneller als angegeben! Fahrrad wie beschrieben geliefert über DPD. Leider wurde das Paket beschädigt von einem unfreundlichen DPD Fahrer angeliefert! Eine Rückerstattung durch die Beschädigung des Transport war einfach klasse und angemessen, dafür vielen Dank! Ich kann den Verkäufer und seinen Support nur empfehlen!
