  The laptop was packaged well and arrived in good condition. Laptop was exactly as described and the price was reasonable. Took three business days to ship from the time the order was paid for which isn't ideal but I've seen worse. 9/10 would buy from this seller again!

  slow shipping- took more than 3 business days to pack and ship, but packed well with annoying peanuts. expected better especially for what i paid for shipping. item as described. would do business with again if item isn’t needed immediately.

  Well packed. Five day shipping. As described with minor discrepancy and the seller responds right away and give me a solution i cant refuse for a retired person with first time Mac user. Ill definitely would buy again whenever that would be. Thanks dkstoreit2 i appreciated it especially the price you allow me to purchase.

  Seller sent the Item as expected and before expected. The bonus was it was a better spec unit than described. I will definitely be looking at the other items offered from them. I offered to send it back or pay the difference and was told its OK and keep it. Thank you! I am extremely happy. With not making a lot of money this is a great blessing.
