    Was exactly as described and, despite being shipped from Europe, it arrived within 4 days. After unpacking, I transfered the removable clips and scoop attachments (bc the new one does not include them), wiped off packaging dust (recommendation to shipper that you seal the unit in a bag before placing into the box), and reinstalled in my Jura A1 and it worked perfectly! I finally have good coffee again. Very very good price compared to other options. Highly recommend based off of this experience!

When I asked about combining the postage for 5 of the same item, they quickly responded to say it can't be done automatically but to order them and they would refund the difference - they kept their word straight away and did as promised.
