  I ordered the item and received a shipping number. after 3 days I contacted the seller to ask where it was, I got a reply saying, "it's on the way." After 5 days I checked again and the item still only showed a shipping label created, so i contacted the seller again and ask about the status. 2 days later, no reply and a refund was issued.

  I messaged the buyer no response. All I said was I didn’t receive my hooks. Can you please respond and possibly ship them out absolutely nothing.
