  I would give positive feedback to Darussalam Int’l publications Ltd! They responsed promptly and clearly, and the product was as it was described and much better. I am happy that I ordered from Darussalam Int’l Publications Ltd. I highly recommend their store! But I could say the product delivery service was expensive to get to Finland, I wish there will be other post service delivery which is cheaper to deliver to Finland! Thank you!

  Ordered a new book for gifting, product came damaged and unsealed (seller was contacted duly) who said it must have been damaged in transit I was offered a partial refund, but no amount was communicated at the time. Then silence from their end. when I reapproached them, I was offered £3, which felt dismissive given the item was £35 and meant to be a gift. If this was for personal use, I might’ve overlooked it but as a present, it wasnt worth it. poor accountabity & poor customer service
