  Exactly as described. Packaging was perfect in a box with bubble wrap and paper. So adorable. Excellent value. Shipped quickly and reasonably. Seller communication was amazing as we tried to decide if mailing or picking up to save funds was easier because we lived close. Shipping was chosen and she was so accommodating. Definitely would buy from again.

  DHL delivered the parcel to my home and they are very organized, asking for special delivery instructions if I have any and keeping me informed about the parcel and its whereabouts. The packaging was perfect. The embroidery kit was as described by the seller and was like new. She is a great seller and is very accommodating. Thank you very much

  As described, shipped quickly and packaged well (would recommend sealing the ends when wrapping with bubble wrap inside packaging as the item had slipped out, but it was also protected by padded envelope and its box so was fine!) Lovely scents <3

  We are so sorry. It's not like us to not seal the ends. We will try to be more vigilante about that so they don't rattle around loose in the envelope. What's important is that you enjoy the scents.
