  I have found this seller very negative and has failed to answer my questions. The listing is misleading. It clearly states the item will be shipped within 2 days of the payment being received. I paid on the 9th Sept and shipped on the 23rd. Little information has been provided, but presume it is made to order. I have suggested they add this to the listing, but they have not yet done this. I won't be using them again. The item arrived, limited shrink wrap and cardboard as stated in listing.

  Of course, I answered your question, although not immediately, as I didn't have the opportunity. Shipping times are clearly specified when you place your order for the selected product. We typically ship within 1-3 business days of receiving payment, but may vary slightly depending on holidays, oversized packages that require a larger courier vehicle, or a product that's sold out and needs to be produced.
