  One of the cups arrived broken. Packing could have been better. Not enough padding around fragile items. I was refunded for the broken cup which was positive. Easy communication and quick response. The other items were as described.

  Amazing eBay transaction. Great value on this wool shirt. The seller was attentive to details and packing. The item shipped and arrived on time. The item was as described and would purchase from the seller again.

  Shorts were listed as "Excellent - No Defects" and "Drawstring Closure". They arrived without a drawstring. I contacted the seller and we discussed some options and landed on them checking to see if they had an extra. Four days went by so I contacted the seller and they said they had no extras. I offered another of our initial options of partial refund or even to buy something else at a discount but the seller never responded and I had to replace the drawstring myself.
