I informed the seller that l never recieved the item, despite a notification sent to me that it was delivered. The sellers response was, a refund. I never requested a refund, nor was l asked if l wanted one. I would rather have recieved the item. I don't know if the seller made any enquiries as to what happened with the delivery. Bought this item because seller said they were in Australia. They are not. Item was shipped from abroad and from the same company as a different seller, again one that said Australian but wasn't. When I contacted them numerous times regarding this they just pretended was asking about the delivery. In the end it arrived and for the price it's just not worth the effort to return it or contacting them again. I will not be buying anything from this or any other seller that looks like the same.

Great product good communication but poor postage time. Label created then took a week to actually post then parcel didn’t track. Delivery took over two weeks from original purchase. Normal mail only takes 3-4 days from same location. I purchased other goods from twice the distance and arrived in under half the time.
