  I have purchased quite a bit from this seller because they have an extensive inventory, great prices, and ship fast. This is my first problem ever with them. I was sent metric taps and I ordered standard thread taps. After contacting the seller, I was contacted and told that I would be sent the correct product, going out that day. It I immediately received the correct product, next day or day after. This seller has an AWESOME record/reputation in my opinion. They could not be any better!!

  Beyond excellent seller. The pair of carbide drill bits he sold me were of serious best quality manufacture I've seen in a long time. Super sharp. Well packed, lightening shipping, phenomenal price, new condition. And to boot, this seller is just plain helpful. He and I fell into an eBay glitch. Seller got way creative and ironed out all problems in the blink of an eye, and in the most gracious manner possible. Well deserving of all and any trust you can give him.
