This is my first problem ever with them. I was sent metric taps and I ordered standard thread taps. After contacting the seller, I was contacted and told that I would be sent the correct product, going out that day. It I immediately received the correct product, next day or day after. This seller has an AWESOME record/reputation in my opinion. They could not be any better!!

It got one stop away from the final post office and went for a ride. Don't know where but it was out and about for 42 days. Not the sellers fault and we communicated. Just glad they made it. I gave a 5 on shipping time, the vendor did their part it was others that let us down. Would order again from dan s discount tools.
