It was delivered incredibly quickly (ordered on Saturday, normal mail, delivered next day - on Sunday, by the Post Office - unbelievable). The items were extremely well packaged to avoid transit damage. I've used this seller previously and will do so again when my next clock fails! Excellent seller.

There were clear instructions in how to set the mechanism up too - having never attempted to do this before. The seller was quick to respond and very helpful in allowing an exchange. I'm really pleased that my old clock now works beautifully again. I would definitely recommend this seller with their wide range of clock hands, sizes and shaft lengths to choose from.
