  Dano’s (seller) was great to work with! This drum kit came in 2 separate boxes. A miscommunication occurred and only one box was thought to be the entire kit. The seller took immediate action, offering me a refund and return shipping. Instead of returning the box, the seller was able to track down and offer the missing second box. The second box was promptly sent out and shipping costs covered. The missing pieces arrived and the drum kit works great! Very happy customer!

  The filter was new and sealed in bag. Outside box was a little beat up , but the filter was fully protected during shipping. Would highly recommend this seller. A great value!

  That feedback was prior to my re-contacting the seller. He was very gracious in working with me to refund half of the cost of the item, which I was very content with. I understand that the $25 shipping charge wasn t refundable, so I had to eat the cost of that. I m now aware that not all orders are covered by Ebay s Money Back Guarantee. I ll be more attentive with future orders. I wasn t aware that the item wasn t returnable when I ordered it. I give the seller a 100% satisfaction rating.
