  This multiple woods wall hanging of cranes taking flight is incredibly well planned by the artist using wood grains with their best advantages. Pulling it from the very securely packed wrapping, one word, prolonged. "Woooow". This transaction was the best of ebay: A good offer from the seller, great fast communication with seller, lightening quickly shipped, excellent packaging, reasonable shipping cost given size of box, and description and photos captured the details accurately. I'm delighted!

  Poor packaging. Two out of 7 glasses were broken and another glass had dark streaks running through it. The seller immediately replaced the three glasses with 3 more inferior glasses - dark streaks running through all three replacement glasses. (They were not as described). Seller was not willing to refund purchase price (including shipping) of these three glasses without considerable convincing. I would not recommend this seller.

  I really dont feel I deserve this Negative Feedback... I did send 3 replacement glasses & never saw the slight streeking in color.. nor have anyone else said anything about it..I did refund you in full and I make my living from these sales... I had a heart attack last year and got a pacemaker and defibulator implanted and have major Dr Bills im trying to pay back... having No Negative feedback is important to me and to my sales... Please consider removing it.. It would be greatly appreciated. Tk
