    The mugs were delivered well packaged and on time, when I queried the delivery POD as we didn't actually get them the seller was incredibly helpful and forwarded a photo of the delivery promptly ( we are quite rural and all deliveries are challenging being on a lane off an unnamed road without a house number) as soon as I saw the photo I identified the neighbours house, they popped it round a bit later. I would definitely use the seller again.

    Great quality and price. Great seller, let down by Yodel who took 9 days to deliver. Given positive feedback because the seller sorted the problem instantly but Yodel were rubbish

    I am so happy with my purchase. The seller was able to do a design I wanted which was not advertised. Communication was excellent. It arrived quickly and the quality is 10/10 along with the service from start to finish. Thank you . Would 1000% recommend and use this seller again.

    Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. Very quick to reply and goes above and beyond for their customers. Shared a mock up before printing. Really helpful and kind. Didn't even realise that the parcel had been sent. Arrived here the day after bank holiday. Absolutely fantastic service and will be a returning customer 🩵
