So, I purchased a 1/4 lb lot and 1/2 lb lot. There are some nice pieces in the lots I plan to make gifts. -However, and yes I read the description and lengthy TERMS (rationalization?), but I still feel somewhat disappointed in the quality to value (cost + shipping) ratio.

The stamps are all appear to be unused and actually near collectible grade. Decent value for the money. Appearance is well preserved and the stamps are usable, if wished.
