  Ordered Thursday, Feb 8; not shipped until Tuesday, Feb 13; delivered Tuesday Feb 20, 12 days after order was placed. Shipping cost was more than reasonable. Item is listed as "new" and complete. The model is partially assembled, so I question the "new" statement of condition.

  I believe you have confused purchases you have made. This transaction (according to the packing slip) was made on February 18.(a Sunday). The following day was a federal holiday in which the post offices were closed. Your item was mailed out today. Which was the first day after your purchase that it could be mailed. Once you receive the model, you will see that the item is new and still in its original packaging, and has never been opened. Regards, Hope George
