  As advertised, fast shipping, great communication. I was just disappointed seller did not pack (the 4 mugs I purchased) well, as I requested. They were just put in a box with nothing to keep them from being loose in the box. Other than that, all good.

  Excellent transaction. Could have used just an envelope to mail instead of using cardboard and reduced the shipping charges. Item as described. May deal again.

  I'm not going to leave a negative review of this purchase because part of it was my doing. I did not pay close attention to the description and order method. I ordered two individual coasters, thinking I was ordering two complete sets of four AZ Diamondbacks coasters as gifts. The coasters received had a strong wet dingy odor to them and were thrown out. The AZ logo looked nice. The seller mainly sells each coaster as a single but can buy as set. Took longer than expected to receive.
