  Wrong size sent in error but seller quickly arranged a refund without any problems. Mistakes can happen but it was dealt with quickly and efficiently and I would have no problems ordering from this seller in future.

  Item was delivered in time but the delivery people had left the item in an obscure location and detailed that it was "securely left in the porch" (we do not have a porch!). The seller was quick to assist although I ended up finding the delivery by chance 2 days later.
