  I specifically told the seller to double-check the item before shipping. They promised they would—and still, after two months of waiting, they sent me the wrong item! To make it worse, they refused to fix their mistake! Avoid this seller at all costs. If they screw up your order, you’re the one who suffers, not them. Now I’m forced to go through my credit card company just to get my money back. Absolutely unacceptable.
