  I received the wrong frame model, I then sent photos to them and requested a resolution and received this response: “I have checked the product and it is the one in the photo, so please accept it. I am also selling other rackets, so if you are interested, I would be happy to purchase from you again.” Don’t trust this guy! I have now forwarded this to the eBay for support in reclaiming my money.
