  Ordered Monday night and arrived Wednesday morning. Incredible! I am very grateful the seller had this. My gas range is only 2 years old and could not find part on MFR website. Seller did his homework and listed all substitute part numbers so there was no mistake. Rcvd part fit like a glove, in plastic bag, inside a box, brand new. I am super happy with the gas range knob and how quickly he got it here.

  False advertising. What I received is not what is pictured in the order description. I have attached a photo of what I received, along with what is shown in the listing description. Let me know if you can see the difference. Seller is scamming through false advertising. The item sold is listed as more expensive because the image in the description is a much nicer quality item than I actually received. Please resolve this false advertising issue.
