  Fast shipping well packaged. I recommend this seller item was exactly as described. Seller reached out to me after the auction and communicated that the controllers may not have the battery packs to make sure I still wanted the item. Also I had a question about shipping and the seller responded within two hours.

  Seller sent the item promptly, but the package was damaged and I had to work with USPS to get my item. They advised me that the label fell off the package and they were able to find the package and they promptly sent it out to me. I did advise the seller to watch how they secured labels in the future (I've never had one fall off before).

  Never received it. Purchased and seller marked it was at USPS but tracking continued to say awaiting item. Reached out to seller to ask about status and no response. Got eBay involved and days with no response. All this time could have purchased and received but missed deals waiting on non responsive seller. Dishonest to mark as packaged and shipped then zero reply. Don’t bother with this seller.

  Received the album ahead of scheduled delivery date. Customary packaging. Album is brand new, and sounds really good. Competitive pricing is why i bought from this seller. Can't ask for more.
