  Items were new in box as described, items were shipped and packaged with great care, however 1 action figurine was damaged on the outside of box, contacted seller, responded back very quickly and I appreciate that, seller didnt have another new in box of the item that was damaged and said he was sorry for that, decide to keep all 4 figures as they were all in great condition, I had wanted to display all in their boxes but will just display out of boxes instead,

  UPDATE: Seller refunded the purchase price but not shipping or fees, claiming that was eBay’s job—which I doubt. What should have been resolved immediately took four back-and-forth messages, and only a partial refund was given. The seller then asked me and eBay to remove my negative feedback. While the issue was partially addressed, the overall experience was frustrating and far from what you’d expect based on the seller’s feedback rating.
