  Very quick dispatch but unfortunately sent wrong item by mistake. Communications with seller have been excellent. Item returned and refunded immediately. I ordered again and received next day. Very highly recommended seller

  Item arrived exactly as described. But the courier just threw the package over the front fence behind the mailbox. Could have easily open the gate and rang the doorbell. Only found the package when going outside for something else

  There was a mix-up with the items, and although it took some back and forth, the seller was ultimately able to resolve the issue. Buyers should be patient and keep in mind potential time zone, language, and cultural differences. The seller was initially hesitant to offer a return before receiving the item back, even though the wrong item was sent, but things were sorted out in the end.
